Preheat an oven to 350F. Layer each crepe with
1/4 of the cranberry sauce, Brie cheese, and chopped turkey. Fold each
crepe into quarters and place them in a single layer in a baking dish.
Bake the crepes for 20 to 25 minutes, until the ingredients are warmed
through and the Brie is melted. Serve immediately.
